15 din exchange kaise kaam karta hai?

Khareedne ke 15 din ke andar aap laptop badal sakte ho — model pasand na aaye ya budget badalna ho. Mehenga laptop lena hai toh bas price ka difference do. Sasta laptop lena hai toh difference store credit ke roop mein milega (cash refund nahi hota).

Shart bas itni: laptop saare accessories ke saath, warranty seal sahi aur bina kisi naye damage ke wapas aaye. Hisar store par exchange free hai. Poori policy

Warranty mein kya cover hai aur kya nahi?

Cover: Motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, touchpad, speakers, charger, battery (plan ke hisaab se), webcam, cooling fan, Wi-Fi card.

Cover nahi: Physical ya liquid damage, display/touch panel damage, fingerprint/face unlock, battery swelling, power surge, aur warranty seal toota ho. Sab kuch saaf likha hai — Warranty terms.

Battery par kitni warranty milti hai?

1 month, 3 month aur 6 month plan par battery ki 1 month warranty. 1, 2 ya 3 saal ke plan par battery ki 3 month warranty. Battery warranty bhi lambi chahiye toh store par nominal charge par extend ho jaati hai.

Warranty 2 ya 3 saal tak kaise badhwayein?

₹10k–20k ke laptop par: 2 saal ke liye ₹2,500, 3 saal ke liye ₹7,000. ₹21k–30k ke laptop par: ₹3,500 / ₹9,000. ₹30k se upar: model ke hisaab se. Details

Free accessories mein kya milta hai?

Har laptop ke saath: laptop bag, laptop box, charger, 2 extra power cable, 1 keyguard, 2 mousepad aur 2 cleaner (approx. value ₹2,000). MacBook mein power cable ki jagah usi value ki koi aur cheez le sakte ho. Jo cheez aapke kaam ki nahi, uski jagah kuch aur le lo — hum formality nahi karte.

Order aur delivery kaise hoti hai?

₹500 booking amount se order confirm karo (final bill mein adjust hota hai). Haryana mein aam taur par 2–3 ghante mein hamara banda laptop lekar aata hai; door ki jagah 4–5 ghante lag sakte hain. Pehle laptop check karo, phir baaki payment. Haryana ke bahar se ho toh Hisar store aakar le sakte ho.

Payment kaise kar sakte hain?

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit/debit card, credit card EMI, wallets, cash aur bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS). Cheque accept nahi hota.

GST bill milega? Business ke liye ITC le sakte hain?

Hum GST registered hain (Composition scheme), isliye har order par Bill of Supply milta hai. Composition scheme mein GST alag se charge nahi hota, isliye business customers is bill par Input Tax Credit (ITC) claim nahi kar sakte.
