Shipping Policy

How orders work

1. Choose your laptop on the website, on a WhatsApp Live Demo video call, or at our Hisar store.
2. Confirm your order with a ₹500 booking amount. This amount is adjusted in your final bill.
3. Delivery: our own team member brings the laptop to you. Within Haryana, delivery usually takes 2–3 hours from confirmation; farther locations or transport delays can take 4–5 hours. Timings apply to orders confirmed during store hours.
4. Check first, then pay: check the laptop in front of our team member. Pay the balance only after you have checked it.

• Booking amount refund: if the laptop does not match the specifications or condition we described or showed you (on the website or Live Demo), the ₹500 is refunded in full. If the laptop matches and you choose not to buy, the ₹500 is not refunded, as it covers delivery and our team member's visit.
• Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed with you before dispatch.
• Every laptop is tested and packed with its accessories kit before dispatch.

Store pickup

You can collect your laptop from our showroom: Genuine Junction, Railway Road, Near Bombay Type College, Elite Cinema Road, Hisar, Haryana – 125001.

On delivery

• Please check the laptop in front of our team member before paying the balance. If you notice any issue later, inform us within 24 hours with photos.
• For replacement deliveries, see the Exchange Policy.

Payment methods

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit and debit cards, credit card EMI, digital wallets, cash and bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS). Cheques are not accepted.
