What we do

We check the MacBook, tell you what is wrong and what it will cost, and only then start. Some MacBook parts need to be ordered, which can take 5–7 days; we tell you before you leave the laptop with us.

Please sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My if possible, or let us know your plan so the repair isn't held up.

How repair works at Genuine Junction

1. Bring your laptop to our store on Railway Station Road, Near Bombay Type College, Hisar. We don't offer pickup and drop, so repairs are walk-in only.
2. We check it and tell you the cost first. Nothing is repaired until you say yes.
3. Most repairs are done the same day. If a part has to be ordered, it can take 5–7 days, and we tell you this up front.
4. Collect and check. Every repair has a 3-day checking warranty. If the same problem comes back within 3 days, bring it back and we will look at it again.

Please back up your data before a repair where possible, and remove any BIOS or login password you don't want to share, or tell us so we can work around it.
