What we do

Board-level faults need proper diagnosis, so we check first and then tell you the cost and the expected time. Some repairs are same day; if a chip or part has to be ordered, it can take 5–7 days. If a repair is not worth it compared to the laptop's value, we will tell you honestly.

How repair works at Genuine Junction

1. Bring your laptop to our store on Railway Station Road, Near Bombay Type College, Hisar. We don't offer pickup and drop, so repairs are walk-in only.
2. We check it and tell you the cost first. Nothing is repaired until you say yes.
3. Most repairs are done the same day. If a part has to be ordered, it can take 5–7 days, and we tell you this up front.
4. Collect and check. Every repair has a 3-day checking warranty. If the same problem comes back within 3 days, bring it back and we will look at it again.
