1. Products and information

• We sell refurbished and pre-owned laptops. Each laptop is graded (A+, A or B) based on its condition. We do not sell Grade C laptops.
• Product images are for representation; actual colour and cosmetic condition may vary slightly. Specifications are as per manufacturer data and our testing; minor variations are possible.
• Performance comparisons (for example “comparable to” another processor) are indicative only.
• Battery backup depends on usage and battery health.

2. Prices and orders

• Prices are in Indian Rupees. Prices and availability may change without notice.
• Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp. If a price or listing error is found, we will inform you before confirming the order.
• We are registered under GST (Composition scheme) and issue a Bill of Supply. Input Tax Credit cannot be claimed on purchases from us.
• Delivery is currently available within Haryana only.

3. Figures and ratings

Numbers such as laptops sold, years in business, stock levels and ratings are approximate, based on our internal records and our Google Business Profile at the time of publishing. We do not guarantee exact figures.

4. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abusive or threatening behaviour.

5. Content

Text, photos and graphics on this website belong to Genuine Junction unless stated otherwise and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Brand names such as Dell, HP, Lenovo and Apple belong to their respective owners; we are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with these brands.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any product is limited to the remedies in our warranty and exchange policies.

7. Grievances

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Hisar, Haryana.
