What we do

We open the laptop, clean the affected areas and check the board, keyboard and other parts for corrosion and shorts. Then we tell you what needs repair or replacement and the cost. Results depend on how much liquid got in and how quickly the laptop reaches us, so we give you an honest assessment before starting.

How repair works at Genuine Junction

1. Bring your laptop to our store on Railway Station Road, Near Bombay Type College, Hisar. We don't offer pickup and drop, so repairs are walk-in only.
2. We check it and tell you the cost first. Nothing is repaired until you say yes.
3. Most repairs are done the same day. If a part has to be ordered, it can take 5–7 days, and we tell you this up front.
4. Collect and check. Every repair has a 3-day checking warranty. If the same problem comes back within 3 days, bring it back and we will look at it again.
