How does the 15-day exchange work?
You can exchange your laptop within 15 days of purchase — if the model doesn’t suit you or your budget changes. Moving to a higher-priced laptop? Just pay the difference. Moving to a lower-priced one? The difference is given as store credit (cash refunds are not provided).
The only conditions: the laptop must come back with all accessories, warranty seals intact and no new damage. Exchanges at our Hisar store are free. Full policy
What is the GJ Upgrade Promise? How does trading in my old laptop work?
When you come back to upgrade a laptop you bought from us, part of your full bill amount (laptop + warranty + battery cover) is returned as credit: 65% within 12 months, 50% at 12–18 months, 40% at 18–30 months. The credit is adjusted the same day on your new laptop (or anything else in the store) — it is not paid in cash.
Bring your bill; there is a short inspection. Normal scratches are fine. A broken screen, broken back panel or any faulty part is deducted at the cost of that part, and battery or SSD health below 40% is deducted at replacement cost. Calculate your value
What does the warranty cover, and what doesn’t it?
Covered: motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, touchpad, speakers, charger, battery (as per your plan), webcam, cooling fan and Wi-Fi card.
Not covered: physical or liquid damage, display/touch panel damage, fingerprint/face unlock, battery swelling, power surges, and broken warranty seals. Everything is clearly written in our warranty terms.
How long is the battery warranty?
The 1, 2 and 3-year plans include a 3-month battery warranty (the 3-month plan includes 1 month). To cover the battery for the full plan: +₹1,000 on the 1-year plan, +₹2,000 on the 2-year plan.
MacBook: the 1-month plan covers the battery for 1 month, and the 1-year plan covers the battery for the full year.
How many years of warranty can I get?
On the website you can choose a 3-month, 1-year or 2-year plan (the 2-year price depends on the laptop and is shown on the product page). For a 3-year plan, ask at the store or call us — the price depends on the laptop. Details
What is included in the free accessories kit?
With every laptop: a laptop bag, laptop box, charger, 2 extra power cables, 1 keyguard, 2 mousepads and 2 cleaners (worth ₹1,500). With a MacBook, you can choose another item of the same value instead of the power cable. If an item is not useful to you, swap it for something else — no fuss.
How do ordering and delivery work?

Within Haryana, our team member usually brings the laptop to you in 2–3 hours; farther places may take 4–5 hours. Check the laptop first, then pay. Outside Haryana? You are welcome to collect it from our Hisar store.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit/debit cards, credit card EMI, wallets, cash and bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS). Cheques are not accepted.
Will I get a GST bill? Can a business claim ITC?
We are GST registered under the Composition scheme, so every order comes with a Bill of Supply. GST is not charged separately under this scheme, so business customers cannot claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) on this bill.
