Honest note on gaming

The RTX 2050 is an entry-level gaming GPU. It runs games like Valorant, CS2 and GTA V smoothly at Full HD. Newer heavy AAA games will need low-to-medium settings. For editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Photoshop, the 16GB DDR5 RAM and 12th Gen HX processor work very well.

Warranty

This laptop comes with 1 year of Lenovo Care warranty (brand warranty, extended) — repairs are handled by Lenovo's authorised service in India. The months left reduce with time, so we confirm the exact end date before you buy.

Battery: Lenovo's battery warranty normally runs for 1 year from the original purchase, and a warranty extension usually does not extend it. So for this laptop, Genuine Junction covers the battery for 3 months.

15 din exchange kaise kaam karta hai?

Khareedne ke 15 din ke andar aap laptop badal sakte ho — model pasand na aaye ya budget badalna ho. Mehenga laptop lena hai toh bas price ka difference do. Sasta laptop lena hai toh difference store credit ke roop mein milega (cash refund nahi hota).

Warranty mein kya cover hai aur kya nahi?

Cover: Motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, touchpad, speakers, charger, battery (plan ke hisaab se), webcam, cooling fan, Wi-Fi card.

Cover nahi: Physical ya liquid damage, display/touch panel damage, fingerprint/face unlock, battery swelling, power surge, aur warranty seal toota ho. Sab kuch saaf likha hai — Warranty terms.

Battery par kitni warranty milti hai?

1 month, 3 month aur 6 month plan par battery ki 1 month warranty. 1, 2 ya 3 saal ke plan par battery ki 3 month warranty. Battery warranty bhi lambi chahiye toh store par nominal charge par extend ho jaati hai.

Warranty 2 ya 3 saal tak kaise badhwayein?

₹10k–20k ke laptop par: 2 saal ke liye ₹2,500, 3 saal ke liye ₹7,000. ₹21k–30k ke laptop par: ₹3,500 / ₹9,000. ₹30k se upar: model ke hisaab se. Details

Har laptop ke saath: laptop bag, laptop box, charger, 2 extra power cable, 1 keyguard, 2 mousepad aur 2 cleaner (worth ₹1,500). MacBook mein power cable ki jagah usi value ki koi aur cheez le sakte ho. Jo cheez aapke kaam ki nahi, uski jagah kuch aur le lo — hum formality nahi karte.

Order aur delivery kaise hoti hai?

₹500 booking amount se order confirm karo (final bill mein adjust hota hai). Haryana mein aam taur par 2–3 ghante mein hamara banda laptop lekar aata hai; door ki jagah 4–5 ghante lag sakte hain. Pehle laptop check karo, phir baaki payment. Haryana ke bahar se ho toh Hisar store aakar le sakte ho.

Payment kaise kar sakte hain?

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit/debit card, credit card EMI, wallets, cash aur bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS). Cheque accept nahi hota.

GST bill milega? Business ke liye ITC le sakte hain?
