2.1 All laptops sold by Genuine Junction are used and may show minor wear and tear.
2.2 Customers are advised to inspect products thoroughly before purchase. By purchasing, you agree that you are satisfied with the product’s condition as described at the time of sale.
3. Payment Methods

- UPI (Unified Payment Interface)

- Credit Card EMI
- Cardless EMI
- Other relevant financing and installment options as available.
3.2 Customers opting for financing or installment plans are responsible for fulfilling all payment obligations according to the terms of their chosen plan.
4. Order Cancellations
4.1 Customers may cancel their orders only before shipping.
4.2 For cancellations after shipping, a fee of ₹500 will be charged.
4.3 To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately via phone or email.
5. Warranty and Liability
5.1 Warranty coverage depends on the variant selected at the time of purchase (1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years). Please refer to your invoice or product details for warranty terms.
5.2 Warranty exclusions include, but are not limited to:
- Swollen batteries, touch screens, chargers, and accessories.
- Damage caused by liquid spills, drops, or other physical impacts.
- Software installation issues, viruses, or unauthorized modifications.
5.3 No Liability for Third-Party Damages
We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of the product, third-party software, or external hardware.
6. Customer Obligations
6.1 Customers are required to provide accurate and truthful information during purchases and service requests.
6.2 Failure to provide accurate details may result in delays, service refusal, or additional fees.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 All disputes will be handled through arbitration or mediation in accordance with local laws.
7.2 If disputes cannot be resolved through these methods, they will be settled in the courts of Hisar, Haryana, India.
8. Right to Deny Services
We reserve the right to refuse services, including sales or repairs, to any customer who engages in fraudulent behavior, violates our policies, or exhibits inappropriate conduct.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
